Health Progress Report - Comparing April vs July 2026

After approximately three months of tracking my health through blood tests, body composition, wearable data and lifestyle interventions, I repeated several measurements to evaluate what has actually changed.
Rather than focusing on a single metric, I'm interested in observing trends across multiple physiological systems.

Body weight decreased by 2.5 kg over approximately 2/3 months.
The upcoming body composition assessment will determine how much of this change came from fat mass versus lean mass.

The most notable improvements were the normalization of prolactin and a marked reduction in TSH, while FT4 and testosterone remained stable.

Vitamin D increased after supplementation but remains just below the laboratory sufficiency threshold.
Iron stores and vitamin B12 were already within normal ranges at baseline.

Resting heart rate remains low, VO₂max is stable, and cardiovascular age is substantially younger than my chronological age.

Sleep became more challenging during the summer due to high temperatures, which meant sleeping with the windows open and dealing with more noise, light, and interruptions.
Despite these environmental factors, overall recovery remained strong.
Goal: Return to a consistent 7.5–8 hours of sleep as temperatures cool while maintaining my regular sleep schedule. This should further support recovery and long-term resilience.
