What I'm Testing
Glow Blend (coming in the next few weeks)
Planned protocol: Experimental cycle including TB-500.
The Glow blend combines peptides aimed at supporting recovery, connective tissues, skin quality, and overall well-being. TB-500, in particular, is often discussed for its potential role in tissue repair, mobility, and recovery from physical stress.
KPV (future experiment)
Planned: Standalone testing or within the "Klow" blend.
KPV is a small peptide fragment currently being explored for its anti-inflammatory properties and possible benefits for gut health, skin conditions, and immune regulation. This will likely be one of my future personal experiments.
Peptides
GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide):
Started: June 4, 2026
Protocol: 1 mg daily (subcutaneous)
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide that has attracted attention for its potential role in skin health, tissue repair, collagen production, and healthy aging. Some researchers also investigate its possible effects on hair quality, inflammation, and recovery processes.
BPC-157
Started: June 18, 2026
Protocol:
June 18–26: 500 mcg daily (oral capsules)
From June 27: 500 mcg twice daily (morning and evening)
BPC-157 is being studied for its potential effects on tissue healing, gut health, recovery, and inflammation modulation. Although human data remain limited, it has become increasingly popular among athletes and biohackers interested in supporting recovery and resilience.
Important Note
Everything described on this page reflects my personal self-experimentation journey and does not constitute medical advice.
Over the coming months, I will share detailed updates, experiences, and observations through dedicated videos on TikTok and other platforms.
All protocols are conducted under medical supervision, with regular health monitoring that includes blood work, advanced body composition analyses (BIA), and other assessments when appropriate. I will discuss these results and methodologies in more detail as the project evolves.
My goal is simple: to approach longevity with curiosity, transparency, and a commitment to collecting objective data rather than relying solely on anecdotes or trends.
